Fresh from being fastest Blaydon Harrier at the Good Friday Relays, George Rudman continued his fine form with 5th place in the North Tyneside 10K with a new PB of 35:10. Close behind in 8th place was Matthew Alderson in 35:47. Also running was George’s mam, Elaine Rudman, also with a new PB of 53:58. Jayne Snowball and Kirsteen McCormick both finished with a time of 1:08:55
