Parkrun Social at Herrington Country Park, 25 July 2026

Blaydon Harriers members swapped their usual Saturday morning routines for a fantastic club Parkrun social at Herrington Country Park on 25 July.

With runners, walkers and volunteers all coming together, the event was a great opportunity for members to enjoy a relaxed morning of running and socialising away from the pressures of racing. Whether chasing a fast time, supporting fellow club members, or simply enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Herrington Country Park, everyone played their part in making it a memorable occasion.

Following the run, members had the chance to catch up and enjoy each other's company, reinforcing the strong sense of community that makes Blaydon Harriers such a special club.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us. These social events are a fantastic way to bring the club together and remind us that running is about much more than training and competition.
