Inter Counties Cross Country Championships, 7 March 2026

Huge congratulations to Ellie Fellows on her fantastic achievement of representing the North East at the Inter Counties Cross Country Championships, held on Saturday 7 March 2026 at Wollaton Park in Nottingham.

Competing at Inter Counties level is a significant honour and a reward for consistent hard work, dedication and commitment throughout the cross country season. Ellie did herself, her region and Blaydon Harriers proud by lining up against some of the strongest athletes from across the country on a challenging and competitive course.

Performances like this are incredibly inspiring for our junior athletes and show what can be achieved through perseverance and belief. You never know where your running journey might take you, and Ellie’s selection is a brilliant example of the opportunities that can come from continued effort and passion for the sport.
