The second cross country fixture of the season was set in the picturesque Druridge Bay Country Park on a warm but blustery Sunday.
In the U11 Boys race Blaydon were represented by Daniel Ramshaw finishing strong in 10th position.
The U11 Girls had a team of four, led home by Belle Gray, followed by Isla Finlay, Lacey Johnson and Lily Ashall.
The only U13 Boy to represent the club was Jacob Hendrey finishing 19th from the fast pack.
The U15 Boys had a team of 3 led home by Evan Conway followed by Robert Atkinson and Finn Graham.
In the U15 Girls race we were represented by Alannah Hargraves finishing 24th of 52.
The U17 Boys race saw the club colours cross the line first with James Gray who will now be promoted to the fast pack joining Max Murray who finished 20th from the fast pack.
In the U17/U20 Women’s race we had Ellie Fellows capping off a busy month finishing in 12th place.
The Senior Women had two teams and are placing 1st in division 3. The team was led home by Letha Whitham, Emma Cartwright, Eleanor Bradbury, Elaine Small, Rosie Bunney, Beth Bradford, Steph Ashall and Joanne Graham. The team overall is drawing second in division 3!
The Senior Men were just shy of two complete teams, however some good performances led home by Martin Graham, Paddy Garraghan, Rob Hulse, Daire Fitzgerald, James Dias, Jaycee Shotton, Michael Friberg, Isaac Dunn, Chris Ashall, Ian Brooks and Phil Hilton-West. The team are now drawing 8th in division 2.
