About the event
All entrants must be 15 or over to compete.
Anyone new to relays, each leg is 2.2 miles in teams of 4 for the ladies/masters men and teams of 6 for the men. Club vests must be worn.
12pm - Senior Women, Master Women and Master Men over 50
4 x 2.2miles
13:20 - Senior Men and Masters over V35 6 x 2.2 miles
