Join us for our Club 5k Handicap Time Trial – a great way to challenge yourself and track your progress. Runners set off in packs depending on their previous or estimated 5k time.

About the event
Register your attendance on Spond and if it's your first time, let us know your estimated time.
Be warmed up and ready for the first pack to set off at 18:30. Runners will start in packs based on previous or estimated 5K times, so please stick to the group assigned to you on the night.
The route follows paths around the industrial estate, so high-vis clothing is essential for safety.
Athletes aged 12 and over are welcome. For those aged 12–15, a parent or carer must be present for the duration of the run.
